~Fun Family gathering on New Years Day 2010~

Just sharing some family time with loved ones. My husband doing what he's good at, grilling, cooking, he's an outstanding cook! This picture was captured on New Years Day 2010, cooking Lamb. The faster my husband sliced the lamb, the quicker it disapeared in someone's hand or on someone's plate! Wow! Juicey and tender! See, the company couldn't stop serving themselves lamb. Everyone enjoyed the lamb, one lady enjoyed it so much she told my husband; "This is some good sheep" We looked at each other and fell out laughing!

Turkey chili taco salad quick and easy

Left-over turkey chili Use your favorite chili recipe, but instead of ground beef use ground turkey. This is what my family does with leftover chili. Just layer your chili, lettuce, tomato, onions and chese and what ever else you like on top of your favorite nacho chips. Left over chili used for taco salad is more of an idea and not a recipe. I've had many mother's asking me what to do with left over chili. Making taco salads is the way to go, you can't go wrong there, and your family will love it!
