Buttermilk Fried Wings

My daughter Sabrina loves to fry chicken, something she learned to do well while attending college away from home. Here she soaked the wings in "Buttermilk", seasoned well and then fried in Canola Oil. These were crispy, juicy, and full of spices whic gave the wings great flavor.

  1. Wow, you don't look old enough to have a daughter in college. Sabrina's wings look amazing. What year is she in? I can't wait to see what you've been cooking lately. :>) Take care.

  2. Awww, thank you! I actually have three college graduates! My oldest graduated back in 2004 with his BA in Criminal Justice, Sabrina is the middle, she graduated in 2008 with a BA in Mass Communications, and our youngest, he's graduating in 3 weeks with his BA in Interdis...studies. I have to say, it is truly a blessing to have all your children graduate college. God has been good to us, my husband and I are greatful and don't take what our kids have accomplished for granted. Yes I am that old:) And I'm getting ready to have a Birthday next month God willing:) Thanks for writing and your kindness, take care:)
