Au Gratin Potatoes From Scratch

Milk
Butter
Salt
Flour
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fried Onions
Pre-cooked sliced Potatoes
Heat your sauce pan and add butter and flour to make a rue
then add your milk stir gently until your rue is completely mixed
then add your cheese, salt and stir until thickens

Add your pre-cooked potatoes in a baking dish and pour your cheese sauce over your potatoes and top with your fried onions 
Bake at 375
Until bubbling in the middle
