Fresh Green Beans
Fresh or Frozen Tilapia
Blacken Seasoning
Fresh Garlic
Salt/Pepper

Season your Tilapia with your favorite Cajun seasoning
Blacken fish in a hot Cast Iron Skillet

Saute' your green beans in a hot skillet with olive oil
minced garlic, salt and pepper
