Pepper Steak

Here you will see several pictures in stages of my homemade Pepper Steak.

Sliced Chuck Steak
Sliced Onions
Sliced Bell Peppers
Fresh Garlic Clove minced
Soy Sauce
Boiled Rice
1/2 Cup of water mixed with a table spoon of flour to thicken
Let simmer until meat is tender
