I just felt like doing my Peach Cobbler different today. Miniature muffin size Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream. Sunday Dessert

My husband cooked Sunday Dinner today, one of his specialties inspired by me Pot Roast. I did help him out by making the mashed potatoes. We both come together often in the kitchen, he does his thing and I do mine. I have to say, every time he cooks his Pot Roast it gets better and better. Awesome Sunday today, God is good!

Pan seared in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper & granulated garlic. After searing the loins, I added sliced onions & celery. Added about a half cup of chicken broth. Covered the skillet and placed in a heated oven of 375. Added diced potatoes & carrots after baking for 1 1/2 hours. Loins will be ready after potatoes & carrots are fully cooked.

1 medium size jar of sauerkraut Rinse well 1 can of Campbell's Soup Cheddar Cheese 1 Sausage link, slice & sautéed with diced onions 1 Cup of Sharp Shredded Cheese After sautéing the sausage/ onions add the sauerkraut, cheddar soup and shredded cheese. Mix well, it may be thick don't worry. Place in a baking dish and bake 20 minutes until it bubbles in the middle.
