Tenderloins Seared

Pan seared in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper & granulated garlic. After searing the loins, I added sliced onions & celery. Added about a half cup of chicken broth. Covered the skillet and placed in a heated oven of 375.

Added diced potatoes & carrots after baking for 1 1/2 hours. Loins will be ready after potatoes & carrots are fully cooked.
