First Time Making Fish Taco's

Something I always wanted to do, make "Fish Taco's"

Making fish taco's are pretty quick and easy. You can use your favorite fish, grill or pan seared. I pan seared Tilapia fish with a touch of Olive Oil, Kosher Salt & Pepper

Use your favorite topping or toppings and place on a corn or flour tortilla.

Now that I've made my first fish taco, next time I will grill them from here on out on the grill. The grill gives more flavor and just taste so much better.

In honor of my Mother's memory

April 20, 1942 - January 21, 2001 My cooking has been inspired by my mother. My mother cooked everyday, she always knew what she was going to cook before hand. Everything my mother cooked was homemade, never from the box unless you count a box of Duncan Hines Brownie mix. Well lets just say, her food was so good our friends in the neighborhood hung out at our house alot. Even my mother's sister's would stroll by just to see what their big sister was cooking. Our Family Trip To Garner State Park

Took a one day trip up to Garner State Park in Concan, Texas this past Saturday. The trip was awesome, the scenery was breath taking! My family and I took a Saturday drive on the country roads of Texas and had a nice time. We always travel with an ice chest with ice packs because of the awesome meat markets we come across while traveling through these small country towns. Can't wait to do this again, next time we will head out to Las Maples, Texas. Enjoy the photo's!
